Healing Garden's "Ride to Thrive" Receives MetroWest Support

Riders from Acton, Boxborough and beyond pedaled their way to raising funds for cancer support services at The Healing Garden.

The Virginia Thurston Healing Garden Cancer Support Center of Harvard, MA welcomed eighty-seven riders from the towns of Acton, Boxborough, Harvard, Hudson, Holliston, Littleton, Marlborough, Stow and beyond for the 4th Annual Ride to Thrive fundraiser on Saturday, October 14th. Riders pedaled their way through the scenic towns of Nashoba Valley to raise over $52,000 to support The Healing Garden's holistic cancer therapies, support services and education for men, women and caregivers affected by cancer.

Since 2001 the not-for-profit Healing Garden has been the premiere provider of comprehensive and integrative cancer support services, serving community members from 165 town and cities across the Commonwealth. For more information see www.healinggardensupport.org or call 978-456-3532.
