Home Alone 13-Year-Old Deals with Break-In

Last Thursday, March 22, a 13-year-old girl was home alone when two men allegedly tried to break-in to her home.

According to an Acton police report dated Thursday, March 22, at 5:40 p.m., police received a phone call from a mother of a 13-year-old girl who said her daughter was home alone when two men were attempting to break into the house on Hosmer Street. The daughter was advised to lock herself in the back bedroom during the incident. The daughter said the two men left in a dark blue pick up truck but was unsure of the direction they fled.

The Massachusetts State Police were notified about incident.
