Homeless Woman Faces Domestic Assault Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Acton Police Department on April 20 from Boxborough police regarding a disturbance resulted in the arrest of a homeless woman.
Acton police were contacted by a Boxborough sergeant at about 1:27 p.m. who stated he received a text message from another person.
That person stated another person was "out of control."

A responding Acton officer was dispatched to Harris Street and returned with Kelly A. Hickey, 47.
She was charged with a domestic assault and battery which took place in Boxborough.

Boxborough police transported Hickey back to their station.
The arresting officer was Stephen McCarthy.
