ICYMI: Acton-Boxborough Among Top 25 High Schools in Massachusetts

What did U.S. News and World Report say about ABRHS?

ACTON, MA – Acton-Boxborough Regional High School received a silver medal for being one the best high schools in Massachusetts, according to the U.S. News and World Report’s 2017 Best High Schools report. The Colonials ranked 24th in the state and No. 531 nationally on the annual list.

The ranking was good enough to earn a silver medal, an honor given to just 2,109 schools across the country and the second-highest grade granted by U.S. News and World Report. Medals are based on schools' highest college readiness scores.

  • 55 college readiness score
  • 57 percent participate in AP exams
  • 95 percent pass AP exams
  • 96 percent proficiency in math
