Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Calvary Lutheran Church in Acton has designated August 30th as Lifewater Sunday in honor of the church's Liberian mission that aims to bring clean and safe drinking water to a school campus currently under construction in Gbarnga, Liberia. To celebrate this project Mt. Calvary is hosting a picnic at NARA Park in Acton (25 Ledge Rock Way). The morning will begin with family-friendly lakeside worship service at 10:30 AM. The picnic will kick-off at 11:15 AM with games for all ages along with free burgers, hot dogs, snacks and drinks. There will also be a sampling of authentic Liberian dishes to try! Picnic goers are also welcome to enjoy the beach, playground and other facilities at the park. Bring a beach blanket and sunblock and plan on a great afternoon enjoying the last bit of summer!
