Learn How to Skate This Summer at Nashoba Valley!
Come in from the heat and humidity and learn how to skate - for fun, for sport, and for health!

Nashoba Valley Olympia on Rte 111 runs learn-to-skate sessions year round for all ages. This summer consider adding a really "cool" activity into your routine this summer with a session at NVO.
Mondays 6:05-6:50 pm - June 27-August 29th (no class July 4th) - $15 per week—just choose the weeks you would like to come!
Learn to Skate Classes: Designed for children who have never skated before or who have limited skating experience. This class teaches the fun and fundamentals of skating. Using music and games, the program teaches beginners the skills needed to continue on to the next skill level while grouped with other children of the same skating ability. Minimum age for Learn to Skate is 3 years old. Skaters must bring their own skates and a helmet to class each week.

Intermediate/Advanced Learn to Skate Class: Skaters will concentrate on stroking, edges, and beginning jumps and spins.
Skaters coming from other skating programs can be evaluated at the first class to see which level is appropriate for them. All classes consist of 30 minutes of group instruction, followed by 15 minutes of practice ice. Skaters must bring their own skates to class each week.
