Man Crashes New Truck into Acton Restaurant
No one was hurt and the driver will not be charged, police said.
The following is from Acton police:
On February 23rd at 7:36am Acton Police Department received a report of a truck into a building at #210 Main Street in Acton. Officers arrived and found a 2016 Ford F150 color blue with front end damage after having jumped the curb and colliding with the brick wall and glass window to Benjarong Restaurant.
The 29-year-old male operator from Maynard stated he was parking his vehicle and slid on some ice, he will not be cited. There were no injuries and the business was not open a the time.

The Acton Board of Health, Building Inspector and Electrical Inspector all responded to assess the damage to the building.
