The Middlesex Community College President Search Committee today announced that five finalists for the next president of MCC have been selected to meet the college community and be considered for appointment by the Board of Trustees.
The five finalists moving onto the next phase of the presidential search are:

- Felicia Ganther, JD/PhD, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Maricopa County Community College District;
- Lisa Armour, PhD Vice President for Assessment, Research, and Technology, Santa Fe College;
- Stephanie Bulger, PhD, Vice Chancellor for Instructional Services and Planning, San Diego Community College District;
- Julie Leidig, PhD, Provost and Academic/Executive Officer, Northern Virginia Community College;
- Phil Sisson, Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs, Middlesex Community College.
The five candidates are scheduled for virtual campus conversations the weeks of April 5 and April 12. Open forums for faculty, staff, students, the Board of Trustees and Foundation and the community at large will be held.
Following the candidates' forums, the Board of Trustees is expected to vote to recommend the appointment of the next president at a special meeting to be held in May.
“On behalf of the Search Committee, I am honored to bring forward five distinguished candidates to be considered to become the fifth President of Middlesex Community College,” said Trustees Chair and Search Committee Chair James Campbell. “For several weeks, a diverse committee representing our college population as well as our Board of Trustees and Foundation, along with community partners have worked professionally and openly to select an extremely qualified slate of finalist candidates. I am confident one of these individuals will be well suited to take Middlesex Community College into its next half century of providing quality education to our student population and remaining the vital community resource that it has become recognized as during its first 50 years.”
