Montella Named Sales Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Offices in Acton, Bolton

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Kim Montella has been appointed sales manager of the company’s Acton and Bolton offices. Montella will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of 70 affiliated sales associates serving home buyers and sellers in Acton, Bolton, Harvard, Hudson, Littleton, Maynard and the surrounding communities.

Montella was previously an award-winning sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Acton.

A licensed real estate professional since 2009, Kim has completed comprehensive educational programs to earn professional designations. In addition to being an Accredited Staging Professional, Montella is an Accredited Buyer Representative and recently obtained her Commercial Real Estate License.

She has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker® International Diamond Society award for her sales achievements. This distinguished honor is presented to top-performing sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker network.

Prior to her real estate career, Montella was a civil engineer from 1983 to 2005. She still holds her MA PE (Civil Engineering) license. She later became a photography stylist for home design magazines.

A resident of Acton, Montella has been very active in the community. She was a member of the Acton Planning Board for three years and is currently a member of the Acton Design Review Board and the Nashoba Valley Neighbors Club.

Montella earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University.
