Acton Fire Chief Patrick Futterer confirmed multiple reports of a one-car accident earlier today that injured one person.
According to Futterer, the accident happened on Main Street when the driver collided with a telephone pole. One person was air-lifted to a Boston-area hospital. He did not indicate what the injuries were.
The pole is being assessed for damage and Main Street is in the process of reopening now.
