National Alliance on Mental Illness Free Course
For caregivers of adults with mental health concerns

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is accepting enrollment for a Littleton based program of Family to Family, a free twelve week educational course for family caregivers of adult individuals with serious mental illness. Research shows that this evidenced based program significantly improves the coping and problem solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition. Family to Family is taught by NAMI trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussion and interactive exercises. Preregistration is required, and courses fill up quickly. Meets Tuesdays 7:00 - 9.30 pm, beginning February 7. Contact Phyllis at 978-973-3995 or Phyllis.terrey100@gmail.com.
