One case with ties to Acton was announced.   Here is the indictment for an incident which allegedly occurred in Acton:       Deeiyvid Hoepers, 36, of Lowell, was charged with manslaughter while under the influence of alcohol, felony motor vehicle homicide, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, 2nd offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Nate Burris.
