One Acton Case Announced Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments

ACTON, MA — Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between May 19 and June 23. One of the alleged offenses occurred in Acton. These charges are allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Here is the indictment:

• Geoffrey Corbeil, 27, of Acton, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts), subsequent offense, distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, subsequent offense, possession of a Class E substance, and violating the drug laws near a school/park.. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
