Residents Report Being Assaulted With Pellets

The following information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Two Massachusetts Avenue residents called the Acton Police Department on Oct. 13 to report they had been struck by soft pellets.

The first resident called at 12:32 p.m. and reported she had been struck in the leg.

The second resident called six minutes later to report being struck in the arm.

  • Officers responded to a Rose Ct. residence for a report of a domestic issue. One person was transported to Emerson Hospital.
  • Officers responded to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a hit-and-run accident. No injuries were reported.
  • A youth in the lobby at a Central Street residence reported losing his wallet. The wallet contained $10.
