UPDATED: State Trooper Injured While Aiding Concord Reservoir Vehicle Crash
State Police are responding to an overturned vehicle in the Concord Reservoir.

LEXINGTON, MA—One Massachusetts State Police Trooper was injured while responding to a vehicle that is overturned and in the waters of the Concord Reservoir.

State Police responded to the incident at around 8:30 p.m. Thursday. The Rte. 2 East to I-95 Southbound ramp in Lexington is closed. According to a WHDH report, the trooper was injured while trying to help the driver of a crashed car. The driver of the car suffered minor injuries.
The WHDH report also indicates that both the trooper and the driver of the vehicle are expected to be okay.
