Salem Man Arrested on OUI Charge in Acton
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on Jan. 11 resulted in the arrest of a Salem man.
At about 5:45 p.m., Isaiah R. Gomez, 25, of 8A Herbert St., was pulled over on School Street by Officer Jonathan Stackhouse.
After Stackhouse completed an investigation, Gomez was arrested and charged with:

- Operating under the influence of liquor;
- Speeding;
- Failure to drive in the right lane.
In other police news from Jan. 11:
- A woman arrived at the police department to report she struck a person on Main Street while she was pulling onto the street. She reported the victim did not want police or the fire department to respond. She said the victim was not knocked down. She told police the victim was pushing a grocery cart and that she hit both the cart and person. There was no damage to the car.
