Singer/Songwriter Dan Cloutier at New Revival Coffeehouse Nov. 14
Dan Cloutier will open the season for the New Revival Coffeehouse in Stow on Saturday, Nov. 14.

Singer and songwriter Dan Cloutier will open the season at the New Revival Coffeehouse in Stow on Saturday, Nov. 14. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Homemade desserts and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
Dan will perform songs from his most recent CD, “Blind Willie’s Lighthouse,” a thematic journey inspired by gospel blues legend Blind Willie Johnson and Dan’s native New England. He’ll be accompanied by Kim Jennings and Ricardo Barraza, who will add harmonies, along with some piano, djembe, and melodica.
According to Worcester Magazine, “Dan Cloutier’s latest CD is a beacon in the storm. It is an inspiring collection of original songs by Cloutier, chronicling his love of New England, depicted by stormy seas, crashing waves and seagoing captains, along with tales of love and faith. Cloutier’s gift for storytelling is apparent in the richness of his tales.”
Dan has sold out rooms at the famed Club Passim in Cambridge and Framingham’s Amazing Things Arts Center, and he’s opened for John Hiatt, Richie Havens, Ellis Paul, and John Gorka.
Supporting local music is another of Dan’s passions. He and Jennings created Worcester’s Birch Beer Records, as well as Facebook’s “I Support Local Music in Massachusetts,” which has over 10,000 fans. As INsite Boston Magazine stated, “On and off stage one can be proud to be a fan of Dan and look forward to another great year from this rising star.”
The New Revival Coffeehouse is located at the wheelchair-accessible First Parish Church, 353 Great Rd., Stow. Tickets are $15 in advance at www.BrownPaperTickets.com and $18 at the door.
