A Theology of Ecology at First Parish Church in Stow

FPC welcomes Professor Sue Darlington, who will discuss "A Theology of Ecology," a lecture series at Chautauqua Institution in New York.

First Parish Church of Stow & Acton (FPC), Unitarian Universalist, welcomes guest speaker Sue Darlington, professor of anthropology and Asian studies at Hampshire College in Amherst, MA, on Sunday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m.

Professor Darlington recently spoke at a lecture series on “A Theology of Ecology” at the Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, NY. She discussed Buddhism, her area of expertise, while other speakers discussed Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. She will share her experiences from the week.

The service will be held in FPC’s Community Room, with music provided by Lisa Martino. FPC is located at 353 Great Road, Stow, at the intersection of routes 117 and 62. Its facilities are wheelchair accessible.
