Three Charged in Alleged Acton Cocaine Deal: Police

Police said they pulled the three men over after witnessing an apparent drug deal on Hosmer Street.

ACTON, MA – Three people were arrested Thursday evening after police witnessed them complete an alleged cocaine deal.

Police said around 5:06 p.m. on Thursday, the Drug Unit was conducting surveillance in the 70 block of Hosmer Street when officers allegedly saw the deal occur. They pulled over a car leaving the scene and arrested the three people inside.

Axel Gonzalez-Famania, 25, of Lowell, was charged with possession of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws; Kyree Kasey Lamoureux, 29, of Lowell, was charged with possession of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws; and Jeffrey McGowan, 61, of Acton, was charged with possession of a Class B substance.

The three were arraigned in Concord District Court Friday morning.
