Two Arrested in Connection with Acton House Break-In
Police were able to recover a large portion of the items stolen, including medications and jewelry.

ACTON, MA — Two men believed to be responsible for a home break-in in Acton on Tuesday were arrested Wednesday, according to Acton Deputy Chief of Police Richard Burrows.
Detectives arrested Steven F. Hardy, 29, who reported to be homeless; and Richard M. Lalli, 30, of Acton at 12:45 p.m. After arrests were made, police executed a search warrant at Lalli's apartment and were able to recover a "large amount" of items stolen, including medication and jewelry.
Hardy was charged with a parole warrant and receiving stolen property over $250 (subsequent offense). Lalli was charged with receiving stolen property over $250.

Burrows stated that both men were held at the Acton Police Department and brought to Concord District Court Thursday morning.
