Update: Acton Woman Charged in Main Street Rollover

Mary Lebert, 71, of Acton was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, driving with an open alcohol container, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Lebert was driving south on Main Street Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 4:11 p.m. when she swerved off the road and rolled down a small ditch. She was taken to Emerson Hospital following the accident.
