Victim, Driver Identified in Fatal Accident at Acton Trader Joe's
The victim was a Trader Joe's employee leaving for the night.
ACTON, MA – Police have identified the driver and victim in a fatal accident in the parking lot of an Acton Trader Joe's.
The victim, Diane Fichtel, 62, of Ashburnham, was an employee of the supermarket. She was killed when a car backed out of a parking spot and ran her over as she left work.
The driver has been identified as 18-year-old Bryce Nelson of Vineyard Haven.

The collision was reported around 7 p.m. Tuesday night. Fichtel was pronounced dead at the scene.
