Video: Acton-Boxborough Winter Percussion Performs at NESBA Competition
NESBA holds Winter Percussion event at Melrose High School
On Saturday, the New England Scholastic Band Association held a competition for the Winter Guard and Winter Percussion groups from various high schools throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Richard Rigolini, the president of NESBA, explains what the Winter Guard is and how the groups will be judged.
The Acton-Boxborough Regional High School Winter Percussion placed first as the only team in the Percussion Scholastic Marching AA category with a score of 83.70. A complete list of scores can be found here and a sample of Acton-Boxborough's performance can be viewed above.
