Wayland Woman, Waltham Man and Acton Teen Arrested on Different Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Acton Police Department responded to a local business on Oct. 3 after receiving a report about a possible shoplifter.
Officers were dispatched to Kmart on 252 Main Street at 12:40 p.m.
After an investigation was completed, Dawn Cheryl Izzi, 29, of 32 Edgewood Road in Wayland, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Later in the day officers arrested a Waltham man after making a traffic stop Great Road.
At 3:31 p.m., Officer Michael Cogan pulled over Roger Charles Lydon, 48, of 204 Ridge Lane, Apt. 5.

After Cogan completed an investigation, Lydon was arrested and charged with:
- Operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI
- Operating to endanger
- Failure to use care at a start/stop/turn/back
- Operation without ignition interlock.
At 4:30 p.m. officers responded to Kmart for a second time for a report of larceny.
After Officer Dean Keeler completed an investigation, David M. McGowan, 19, of 169 Main St. in Acton, was arrested and charged with larceny more than $250.
