Workers Credit Union recently increased its certificate of deposit (CD) rates.

“We are always striving to give our members additional value and our latest CD rates are great product for those who want a safe investment and competitive rates,” Doug Petersen, president and CEO of Workers Credit Union said.

The community-based credit union offers a variety of CD rates and terms, from three months to six years.

According to Petersen, credit union members are looking for high interest CDs, which are a safe investment with a guaranteed rate of return. The credit union’s CD rates are tiered based on the deposit amounts, $500 to $24,999 and $25,000 or more.
