Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Yoga instructor John Calabria will lead the service at First Parish Church of Stow &amp; Acton (FPC) on Sunday, June 28, at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Calabria will share thoughts about the practice of yoga to balance mind, body, and spirit. Note that this is not a yoga class. The service will be held in the Community Room and there will be signs leading to that room. FPC is located at 353 Great Road, Stow, at the intersection of routes 117 and 62. Its facilities are wheelchair accessible. Child care is provided.
