Andover Garden Club Offers Animal-Tracking Adventure On Snowshoes

Free Andover Garden Club Junior Gardeners Program Gets Kids into the Outdoors and Learning About Nature

Children from 1st through 4th grade are invited to take part in this free Andover Garden Club–sponsored program on Monday, February 29, 2016, from 4:00-5:00 PM. Participants will snowshoe and look for animals’ trails, read a book about identifying tracks, and enjoy hot cocoa.

Warm outdoor clothing and boots are a necessity; snowshoes will be provided, or participants may bring their own. Parents are asked to stay throughout the hour-long program.

The event will take place at SHED Children’s Campus, 65 Phillips Street, Andover MA 01810. It will be canceled if Andover Schools are closed that day due to inclement weather.
