Embodied Boxing: Reclaim your strength workshop

Facilitated by Abria Wynn-Williams  and  Victor Williams

Start Time:  4:45 pm

Embodied Boxing is a powerful, experiential 45 minute program that blends the discipline of boxing with a somatic, body-based approach to healing and self-awareness. More than learning to throw punches, participants learn what it means to stay calm, grounded, and in control when life hits back—developing resilience, focus, and presence in real time.

Rooted in the understanding that stress and trauma live in the body, this approach helps individuals release stored tension, process unexpressed emotions, and restore a sense of safety and agency. Through intentional movement and guided practice, participants strengthen both physical skill and nervous system capacity—learning not just to react, but to respond. This is where grit meets awareness, empowering individuals to reconnect with their strength, clarity, and vitality!

Who should attend
This experience is ideal for individuals looking to build resilience, manage stress, and stay grounded under pressure. Whether you’re new to boxing or experienced, it’s for anyone ready to strengthen both body and mind while learning to respond—not react—in high-pressure moments.
