From Coldwell Banker: The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Andover presented a $18,000 donation to the Essex County Community Foundation. The donation will be used to support the Greater Lawrence Disaster Relief Fund. The Greater Lawrence Disaster Relief Fund was established in the wake of the Columbia Gas explosions on September 13, 2018. Most of the $12 million funds donated to the Greater Lawrence Disaster Relief Fund have been granted to the affected residents of Lawrence, Andover and North Andover in three phases of stipend gift checks.

The donation was collected through the generosity of the Coldwell Banker affiliated agents and employees across the North Shore in addition to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the company’s charitable foundation.

Leadership and affiliated agents with Coldwell Banker’s Andover sales office presented the check to ECCF board member Rich Yagian at the Coldwell Banker Andover sales office on February 18.
