DCS is offering a variety of programs for kids this February Vacation week, including a theater/arts program, sports program, and a babysitting program!

Children’s Studio for the Arts (CSA) has been a staple summer program with DCS for 22 years offering exciting and challenging experiences through daily workshops in visual arts, stagecraft, drama, dance, and musical theater, led by professional artist/educators! This February Vacation week version of the program will be paired down to fit in a half day session running from 9:00 am -12:00 noon, Tuesday, February 17th through Friday, February 20th and will be led by CSA Director, and Sanborn Elementary School teacher, Beth-Ann Price. The CSA February vacation experience will help children discover their inner artist by exploring a variety of art mediums in a supportive environment meant to nurture free expression and cultivate individuality. Participants will broaden their appreciation for art, theater and dance, while producing display worthy artwork pieces to bring home.

If sports are more up your child’s alley, SPORTACULAR, run by South School gym teacher David Giribaldi, is just the program for them! This program caters to kids, in grade K-5, who are on the move! Each morning will be action-packed with gym games, arts & crafts, and outside play. This program is available to sign up by the day or for the whole week!
