Hadassah's Observer to UN is Featured Speaker at Merrimack Valley Chapter Kickoff Dinner

This year's Merrimack Valley Chapter's Kickoff will feature boutiques, dinner and Hadassah's UN Observer, Renee Albert on Tue. October 13.

The Merrimack Valley Chapter of Hadassah will hold its annual kickoff dinner on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Temple Emanuel, 7 Haggetts Pond Road, Andover, MA at 6:30pm.

Renee Albert, Hadassah National Board member, will address the topic of “The United Nations and Hadassah.” Ms. Albert, New York, will share her experiences as Hadassah’s non-governmental observer (NGO) at the United Nations. Her role is to report on issues of interest to Hadassah, such as health, women and Israel.

Boutiques, wine, hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert will precede Ms. Albert’s presentation.

Founded more than 100 years ago, Hadassah is an American-based volunteer organization that supports medical, educational, environmental and child rescue work in Israel, and offers its more than 300,000 members opportunity for personal growth, education, advocacy and Jewish continuity
