Letter to the editor from Andover Selectwoman Laura Gregory:
As a member of the Andover Select Board, I have enjoyed working with Tram Nguyen for the past two years. She has supported Andover. She brought funds back to Andover to help pay for the Senior Center renovations, the Youth Center, and access to the Merrimack River for emergency services and recreation, to name a few. She successfully shepherded through home rule legislation regarding the North Reading 100 year water agreement and the change of name to the Select Board.

Stated simply, she works with people. She works with other representatives and senators, both in the Merrimack Valley and on Beacon Hill. She regularly checks in with the Andover Select Board and Town Manager regarding our needs and is always responsive when we reach out to her. She also works with her constituents, assisting more than 1,000 constituent requests for assistance during her first term.
Her work on Beacon Hill has supported Andover and the Merrimack Valley in responding to both the Columbia Gas disaster and the pandemic, as well as obtaining increased state funding for schools.
Please join me in voting (early, absentee, or on Nov. 3) to keep Rep. Tram T. Nguyen on Beacon Hill representing Andover.

Letter to the editor from North Andover resident Jennifer Dube:
Dear Editor,
With rising unemployment rates and our economy greatly shut down due to the pandemic, it is clear that we need new leadership in our State House. We need to focus on building the economy and creating jobs, not shutting them down. The person prepared to do that is Jeff Dufour, who is running to be our State Representative.
Unlike the incumbent, Jeff has business experience. He knows how to create jobs and strengthen the economy from years as an Information Systems Project Manager. He has been endorsed by our nation’s leading small business advocates –the National Federation of Independent Business.
Jeff will be a voice for small business. This pandemic destroyed the small businesses that run our economy and are at the heart of our communities. They desperately need a voice in the State House to support their wishes. Jeff Dufour is that man. He will fight for the common man, the small businesses and the people of this state.
I am going to vote for the job’s candidate—Jeff Dufour for State Representative.
Jennifer Dube
