Still 1,500 in Andover Without Power

One morning after Winter Storm Stella, much of Andover still finds itself without power. Nearly 1,500 National Grid members were without power as of 9:18 a.m., roughly 10 percent of the customers in Andover.

There are about 20,000 without power in Massachusetts this morning.
