Trucker Who Threatened Police Arrested At Andover Distribution Center: State Police
The Nebraska interstate trucker allegedly threatened to shoot officers and a had warrant out for his arrest in Worcester County.

ANDOVER, MA – A truck driver from Nebraska who had allegedly threatened to shoot police officers was arrested by State and Andover police early Wednesday morning.
Ronald Mockelman, 61, of Valley, Neb., was found in his truck outside the Market Basket distribution center in Andover. Police were surveilling the parking lot after the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section learned Mockelman would be making a produce delivery at the Ballardvale Road center.
Mockelman had made numerous threats to shoot police, specifically state troopers, after he had an encounter with police in the Midwest, according to a national officer safety bulletin. He is also on federal probation in Nebraska and had a warrant out in Worcester County for threatening officers during a call to the Uxbridge District Court, the same court Mockelman was arraigned Wednesday - and held on $25,000 cash bail.
