The men allegedly sold drugs to an undercover officer on Grafton Street this week.
ARLINGTON, MA – Two men face drug charges after allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover Arlington police officer. At around 7 p.m. on May 1, the officer discussed buying heroin and cocaine from 29-year-old Jonathan "Chuck" Santiago and settled on Grafton Street to complete the deal, police said.
About 45 minutes later, Santiago met up with the officer and said he could not get heroin but could sell her five "rocks" of cocaine, according to police. He identified 27-year-old Carlos Torres Rodriguez, who was in the car at the time, as his uncle.
After the alleged drug deal, the car drove toward Broadway and was stopped by police. Both men were placed under arrest.
