Arlington Condo Development Wins 3 Affordability Awards

The PRISM Awards are presented by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and recognize both projects and people.

ARLINGTON, MA — A condominium development in Arlington was recognized with three regional homebuilding awards.

Majestic Mill Brook at 1025 Massachusetts Ave. received gold for Best Affordable Community and silver for Best Mixed Use Development and Best Multi Unit For Sale Community at the 2026 PRISM Awards Gala on Oct. 22 at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf. The Synergy Group, which handled the development's sales and marketing, also received silver for Salesperson or Team of the Year.

The development includes 50 condominiums: 37 market-rate homes and 13 income-restricted residences. It was developed by The Maggiore Companies under Chapter 40B and includes Juno Women's Wellness Studio on the ground floor, which offers yoga to residents and the broader Arlington community. According to the companies, nearly 90 percent of the homes were under agreement before the certificate of occupancy was issued, with the remaining homes selling shortly afterward.

"Each of these honors is incredibly special to us, but the gold for Best Affordable Community is especially meaningful," said Matthew Maggiore, president of The Maggiore Companies. "This project demonstrates that a successful Chapter 40B development can deliver both market-rate and affordable homes without compromising quality or design."

The PRISM Awards are presented by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and recognize projects and professionals in the region's homebuilding industry. The Maggiore Companies and The Synergy Group are also working on Majestic Elm Brook, which is currently under construction in Bedford.
