Arlington Beer Garden Not Returning This Summer
Aeronaut Brewery, which runs a seasonal beer garden at Whittemore Park, said it will not be coming back this year due to the coronavirus.
ARLINGTON, MA — Aeronaut Brewery will not operate its beer garden in Arlington this summer, the company announced Tuesday, citing the coronavirus pandemic and the need for social distancing.
"We've had such an amazing time these past two summers under the canopy of trees in Arlington Center and this announcement definitely comes with a heavy heart," a statement on the brewery's Facebook page read.
Aeronaut is in the midst of finalizing reopening plans for its Somerville taproom and offers at-home deliveries to Arlington, Malden, Somerville, Belmont, Medford and other nearby communities.

The beer garden debuted in 2018 and featured live music, lawn games and food from local restaurants during the summer.
