Arlington at the Boston Marathon Finish Line: Town Runner Results

Results are beginning to come in for Arlington's Boston Marathon Participants.

ARLINGTON, MA — Whether you're in the elite group, or crossing at a slow clip near the end of the day, it's a huge accomplishment to complete the Boston Marathon.

On Monday, April 18, 30,000 runners took off from the Hopkinton start line on the 26.2 mile course to Boston. Daniel McCue was the fastest Arlington runner, clocking in a net time of 02:48:35.

Interestingly enough, McCue's time was just over 30 minutes shy of the winner, as Ethiopia's Lemi Berhanu Hayle clocked in at 2:12:45 officially.
