Arlington Car Fire Leaves 1 Dead

ARLINGTON, MA — Authorities are investigating a fatal car fire in Arlington over the weekend, according to reports. Emergency crews responded to the area known as Crusher Lot near the Ottoson Middle School Sunday after receiving reports of a "boom" in the woods, YourArlington reported.

The fire was the result of a single-car crash, police told Wicked Local. There was one fatality, according to authorities.

The Arlington Police Criminal Investigation Bureau, Massachusetts State Police and Medical Examiner's Office are investigating.
