Arlington Community Education moves spring classes online

Registration is now open

Much of the Arlington Community Education (ACE) spring semester has been moved online with school buildings being closed through June. Registration is now open for a broad selection of classes to keep residents connected and learning.

Now is the perfect time to learn something new! ACE currently has nearly 75 online evening and daytime class offerings for adults, with more still being added. There are one-night and multi-week classes beginning each week now through mid-June. Most classes are held via the popular and easy-to-use online video platform, Zoom.

Many perennial ACE favorites are available. Fitness offerings include Essentrics, barre, yoga, Qigong, tai chi, learn to run, and fitness for aging adults. Make music with a group ukulele, guitar, or banjo class. Have an at-home dance party with country western line dancing, hip hop or Zumba. Exercise those creative muscles with watercolor pencils, acrylics, or landscape drawing. Take up a new language, whether it be Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic, and Russian.
