Arlington Convenience Store Robbed: Police
Police are investigating a robbery at a shop on Warren Street Thursday morning.

ARLINGTON, MA – Police in Arlington are looking for a suspect in connection with the robbery of a convenience store Thursday morning. Officers responded to Mass Convenience at 86 Warren St. around 7:30 a.m. and were told by the clerk that a man demanded money from him and threatened to harm him.
The clerk told police the suspect requested change for a $100 bill before going behind the counter. He fled with an known amount of cash in a blue pickup truck that may have red and white stripes on the rear and sides, police said.
The suspect is described as a black male approximately 30-50 years old, 5-foot-11 with a medium build.

Investigators are in the process of getting video surveillance footage from the store. Anyone with information is asked to call Arlington Police at 781-643-1212.
