
The Arlington High football team will open the playoffs at home on Halloween night.
Arlington (5-2), the No. 4 seed in the Northwest Division 3 bracket, will host No. 5 Wayland (4-3) at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, in the bracket’s quarterfinals.
The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) released its football playoff brackets Sunday.

The winner will face the winner of No. 1 Concord-Carlisle and No. 8 Burlington in the bracket’s semifinals.
