Arlington High School Graduation in Photos

Families and friends gathered in the gym at Arlington High School Sunday afternoon to watch the . Many brought flowers, and for those who had not, several varsity teams were selling flowers as a fundraiser.

So many people arrived for the ceremony, about a hundred people were temporarily denied access to the gym until more chairs could be found. The assisted with crowd control until the situation was sorted out. But many parents and grandparents were unhappy they couldn't sit for the proceedings because others brought extra guests on the day.

While the crowd was amassing in the gym, Seniors were getting organized in the Lowe Auditorium.  Tassles were handed out by teachers, and seniors were seated in groups so that when entering the gym, they were seated in order of the ceremony.

There was much chatter, excitement and eagerness to get on with the afternoon.
