A passenger in the car told the officer Pesiridis had been driving, according to police. Pesiridis then exited the Dunkin’ Donuts. He smelled of alcohol and couldn’t stay on his feet, police said.

An officer allegedly found a bottle of vodka on the floor of the driver’s seat. Pesiridis failed field sobriety tests at the scene and refused a breath test, according to police.
