Arlington Man Gets Federal Prison Time In Drug Conspiracy

ARLINGTON, MA — A man was sentenced in federal court for his role in a year-long drug conspiracy, according to the United States Attorney's Office.

Jonathan Perry, also known as "Peazy," 26, was sentenced to 97 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Perry previously pleaded guilty in March to one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances after initially being charged in May 2025.

According to prosecutors, Perry worked with Keith Harlow, 39, to distribute controlled substances and sell firearms throughout Massachusetts. Authorities said a review of Perry's cellphone, which was seized when he was arrested on state charges in May 2025, revealed communications between the two discussing drug and firearm sales. Prosecutors also allege the pair discussed robberies and using firearms to shoot at various individuals. Both Perry and Harlow were prohibited from possessing firearms due to prior felony convictions, including Perry's youthful offender conviction of manslaughter. Perry was also on probation for a domestic violence offense at the time of the alleged conduct, while Harlow was on state parole following multiple concurrent state prison sentences.

Harlow, also known as "Lord Savage," was arrested last year after spending approximately two months at large. During a search of his residence, authorities recovered firearm receivers, suppressors, firearm manufacturing supplies, and approximately 100 grams of cocaine. Harlow has previously been convicted of multiple armed robberies.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the Massachusetts State Police, U.S. Marshals Service, Franklin County House of Correction and Massachusetts Department of Correction. U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani imposed Perry's sentence.
