Arlington Man wins $1 Million from Lottery Ticket

ARLINGTON, MA — An Arlington man became the twenty-seventh $1 million prize winner of the Massachusetts State Lottery's “$10,000,000 Diamond Millionaire” instant game.

Steven Felsher of Arlington chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before tax withholdings), according to a lottery announcement. Felsher plans to use the money to help is family and invest.

The ticket was purchased at Broadway Market in Arlington, and the store receives a $10,000 for selling the ticket.

Five $1 million prizes remain in the “$10,000,000 Diamond Millionaire” $20 instant game.
