Arlington Police Announce New Level 3 Sex Offender

Police issued a community notification Tuesday for a new sex offender working in town.

ARLINGTON, MA — A new Level 3 sex offender is registered as working in Arlington, police said. Donald Kalil, 61, works at 1 Watermill Place. He was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape in 1992 and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2004.

There are currently three Level 3 sex offenders living in Arlington and three working in town. Level 3 offenders are deemed the highest risk to reoffend. They are not wanted by police, and using this information to harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.
