3:30 p.m.: Police investigated a past larceny at Fraser Rd. An antique pine wood toboggan and two framed posters were taken from a basement. The reporting party's father had previously lived in the residence, and his ex-girlfriend had requested to retrieve the items from the home.
The ex-girlfriend had a key to the home, and the reporting party was in the process of changing the locks. She returned to find the items stolen and things looking differently in the home. The toboggan's estimated worth is between $600-700 and the posters are estimated between $60-$75.
5:30 p.m.: A superintendent of a building reported an ongoing dispute with a tenant. The reporting party claimed the dispute was over other residences causing noise. The superintendent was advised to seek a harassment prevention order. His wife corroborated the story.
