Arlington Restaurant Set To Open In Former Elton's Space

The "biggest little restaurant in America" is coming to the former sandwich and pizza place on Mass. Ave.

ARLINGTON, MA – A new restaurant will move into the former Elton's Roast Beef & Pizza space on Mass. Ave. almost a year after plans were first announced to replace the sandwich shop and pizzeria. According to the Arlington Advocate, a restaurant called 478 Mass. Ave. is expected to open at, you guessed it, 478 Mass. Ave. in August.

The eatery bills itself as the "biggest little restaurant in America" and has alternated between being called 478 Mass. Ave. and Lobstah On a Roll during its development. The menu will feature "crazy breakfasts" on the weekends, soups, chowders, steak dishes, lobster rolls, baked stuffed lobsters, sandwiches and some Korean dishes, Boston Restaurant Talk reported.

Plans to bring a new restaurant to the Mass. Ave. space were first announced last September.
