Arlington Stabbing: 1 Arrested

A man was hospitalized following an overnight stabbing on Arizona Terrace in Arlington.

ARLINGTON, MA – Police in Arlington are investigating a stabbing that happened overnight on Arizona Terrace. A woman has been arrested and will be arraigned in Cambridge District Court. Police said the victim was taken to an area hospital.

"It has a domestic component to it and as such there's not a lot we can say about it," Captain Richard Flynn of the Arlington Police Department told Patch. Flynn did say a 31-year-old woman was in custody awaiting her arraignment. Incidents that are classified as domestic abuse are not considered public in Massachusetts.

According to WCVB's Sera Congi, a woman allegedly stabbed a man, who fled the apartment and was found injured down the street.
